They have their finger on the pulse of the seedy underbelly and streets of New Orleans; Biker gangs, criminal organizations, junkies, alternative music scenes, underground raves, homeless shelters & soup kitchens, dive bars and strip clubs, war veterans and alcoholic anonymous support groups, construction workers, cab drivers, bus drivers, truck drivers, all the drivers! While Eden's gaze is high, the Severed Hand's gaze is low, keeping watch over the common people, the lower middle class, the poor and the disenfranchised.
