Gavril arrived in the city as part of Dimitri's entourage. He is brooding, handsome, dangerous and seems to have lived a thousand different lives. While he doesn't talk much about his lineage, he doesn't deny that he is Tzimisce. More often than not he and his ilk have offered their services to the city or some of the Krewes, either to placate the vanity of immortal predators, or to improve the city's defenses. Flesh is the ultimate canvas on which to create new horrors, and may the gods help those who provoke his ire and happen to be within arm's reach.
