Helios arrived in the city with the Nephilim and helped High Priest Robenson establish The Masisi and the local Nephilim Temple. Helios is a fervent adept of the Nephilim cult and he is always seeking beautiful, talented individuals to convert to their doctrines. Not much is known about Helios, even his progeny know little to nothing about who he truly is or where he comes from, however, it seems like Helios has High Priest Robenson's ear.
