Known only as Balthazar, this violent, reviled kindred was once one of Prince Lodin's most valuable henchman. Known as a ruthless & sadistic bully with racist tendencies and a short fuse even by Rabble standards, Balthazar has fallen from grace after Lodin perished at the hand of the Werewolves. Prince Jackson has ousted him from the inner circle and Balthazar finds himself supporting the Hellenes out of necessity, as he has made countless mortal enemies, including the Furores and his childe, Marc Lévesque.
