Blythe Adams

Blythe Adams, born in the earlier years of the 20th century, came from humble beginnings, in a poor working class family. The lonely, yet extremely intelligent young Blythe would quickly catch the eye of the Tremere Primogen, Carna herself, through her academic achievements. Carna saw a lot of herself in the young Blythe; a bright woman, bursting at the seams with potential, but held back by a world that preferred to see women subservient and tame. Carna would soon become a silent patron of Blythe's, providing her with the contacts and means of subverting all expectations and accessing the best education in local colleges and universities. When Blythe became of age, Carna introduced herself and ghouled the young woman, grooming her to become a member of Clan Tremere. Blythe would not disappoint and within 10 years, the young woman had been embraced and introduced into the pyramid where she assisted her sire.

When the pyramid fell, Blythe left Carna and her followers westward and helped her sire establish the new House Carna. Seeking to expend the reach and power of their house and further emancipate themselves from House Tremere, her sire decided to send Blythe to New Orleans in order to secure the local kindred as allies of House Carna, as well as to establish a new Chantry in the city's domain. Blythe also hopes to find the Lost Chantry of New Orleans and reap it's secrets in the name of House Carna... assuming the Lost Chantry isn't just a fictitious legend among warlocks.

The first thing people will notice about Blythe is her exceptional height; she is a giant of a woman standing at 6'2. While it is clear that Blythe puts a minimum of effort in her appearance, she still tends to appear a bit lanky and awkward, if unconventionally attractive, thanks to her frail build, and slightly gaunt and elongated features. With flat, straight brown hair and brown eyes that sparkle with intellect, she still manages to exude the confidence that one would expect from an accomplished scholar and occultist. Blythe favors black, or darker clothing, and what many people would qualify as a witchy, pagan aesthetic that borders on gothic, with flowy sheer fabrics and embroidery, as well as crystal and stones adorned jewelry.
