Charming, powerful, rich and idealistic, Dragomir assists High Priest Robenson with running the local Tabernacle and likes to present himself and his cult as benevolent philanthropists by always providing financial support towards the betterment of both mortal and kindred society. While many consider him superficial and blinded by his faith, most find it hard to deny that the ideologies he pushes have powerful and terrifying appeal.
