Horatio Ballard

Another one of Lodin's childers, Horatio Ballard is a financial mogul and the mastermind behind the Chicago Ventrue's empire. Ballard, as he is known among local kindred, has become a bit of a recluse since the Chicago War which led to his Sire's death. He clearly has no interest in earning titles or offices and tends to operate out of sight of other clans and kindred, preferring to only interact with members of his own Clan.
