Lucas arrived with the rest of his clan in the city. Unashamedly Tzimisce he settled into the city's counterculture, willing to provide body art for clients both kindred and kine, working to push the envelope of what was considered safe or possible. Despite the...notoriety of his family in some circles for being creatures of their baser urges, he seems to have either avoided the degradation of the body and mind that comes with their tendency towards vice. Instead he seems content to continue to push the boundaries of his "art" with a near Toreador focus, an addiction that seems to empower him instead of annihilate.
