Rosa is one of the last remaining Gangrel in the city and took the mantle of Primogen after Inyanga answered the Beckoning east. Her position on the council is precarious at best as she stands the representative of a Clan that seems to have abandoned the city. She hopes that some new blood can help breathe new life into the Clan.
