The Circulatory System
The exploration of blood and
its Resonances has spawned
rings of Kindred eager for
knowledge, power, and
profit. The international human trafficking
network known as the Circulatory
System smuggle important vessels
between domains and chronicle the
powers of the blood vintages they move.
The Circulatory System care little
for the long-term well-being of their
vessels, beyond the dip in profits they suffer when such
kine die prematurely. Many Kindred can look past such
minor issues to the pioneering studies the System makes
possible by unlocking new and valuable features of the
Blood.
In Montreal, the Circulatory system were granted passage into the city thanks to their connection to the Anarch Ravnos Kier, and the protection offered to them by the Severed Hand. At the moment, the Circulatory System are still working at establishing a strong base of operations. They provide their services at the Noble Experiment, a small hidden speakeasy that has been granted the status of Elysium, and where local Kindred can come and unwind while sampling the Circulatory System's vintages. This is also where they may find representatives of the Circulatory System, should they wish to talk business. Note that playable characters may not become members of the Circulatory System. ( Or at least, not at this time )
